Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Bank transaction fees related to the replacement or return of products purchased online shall be charged to the User.

  2. In the event of a return or exchange, cash payments shall be refunded directly at the address where the goods are returned, while online payments shall be refunded to the account from which the payment was made within 7 (seven) business days.

  3. Replacement or return of goods may be carried out at the store or at the customer’s address, depending on the customer’s preference.

  4. The courier service fee paid for the initial delivery of the ordered product is non-refundable in case of a return or exchange.

  5. If the customer wishes to return or exchange the product at their own address, the courier service cost shall be borne by the customer.

  6. Products that require special storage conditions or that can be opened without compromising their integrity are not eligible for return.
