Delivery Coverage
Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The Seller may provide delivery services directly or through partner courier companies.
Delivery Time
Deliveries within Baku city are usually completed within 1–3 business days.
Deliveries to regions are completed within 3–7 business days after the order is confirmed.
During holidays or non-working days, delays in delivery may occur.
Delivery Fee
Delivery may be free of charge for orders above a certain amount (e.g., 50 AZN and above).
For smaller orders, the delivery fee is paid by the customer and added to the total order amount.
Delivery terms may change during promotions or discount campaigns.
Receiving the Order
The Customer must check the integrity and appearance of the product when receiving it from the courier.
If any damage or incorrect item is detected, the Customer must immediately inform the courier and the Seller’s customer service.
After the product has been received, responsibility for any damage passes to the Customer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The Seller is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer.
In case a redelivery is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.
Order Tracking
Once the order is confirmed, the Customer receives updates on the order status via SMS, email, or personal account.
The Customer can track the order using the order number provided.
Special Delivery Conditions
Products requiring special storage or temperature conditions are delivered only under suitable circumstances.
In case of delays due to weather or other force majeure circumstances, the Seller will inform the Customer in advance.
