Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Coverage
    Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The Seller may provide delivery services directly or through partner courier companies.

  • Delivery Time

    • Deliveries within Baku city are usually completed within 1–3 business days.

    • Deliveries to regions are completed within 3–7 business days after the order is confirmed.

    • During holidays or non-working days, delays in delivery may occur.

  • Delivery Fee

    • Delivery may be free of charge for orders above a certain amount (e.g., 50 AZN and above).

    • For smaller orders, the delivery fee is paid by the customer and added to the total order amount.

    • Delivery terms may change during promotions or discount campaigns.

  • Receiving the Order

    • The Customer must check the integrity and appearance of the product when receiving it from the courier.

    • If any damage or incorrect item is detected, the Customer must immediately inform the courier and the Seller’s customer service.

    • After the product has been received, responsibility for any damage passes to the Customer.

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address

    • The Seller is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer.

    • In case a redelivery is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.

  • Order Tracking

    • Once the order is confirmed, the Customer receives updates on the order status via SMS, email, or personal account.

    • The Customer can track the order using the order number provided.

  • Special Delivery Conditions

    • Products requiring special storage or temperature conditions are delivered only under suitable circumstances.

    • In case of delays due to weather or other force majeure circumstances, the Seller will inform the Customer in advance.
