The User agrees that their information may be transferred by the Website Administration to third parties (delivery services, postal organizations, communication operators) in order to fulfill a legally authorized order placed on the www.zootrend.az online store website/mobile application.
This document (hereinafter referred to as the “Document”) sets forth the terms ensuring the confidentiality of the mutual information exchanged between the www.zootrend.az website (hereinafter the “Website”) and/or the Avismed mobile application (hereinafter the “Mobile Application”) and the user of the Website and/or Mobile Application (hereinafter the “User”).
For the purposes of this Document, “User” refers to both registered members (persons who have completed registration) and visitors (those accessing the Website or Mobile Application without registration).
The Privacy Policy of the www.zootrend.az website/mobile application has been prepared in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
1.1. The User is hereby informed that the information they provide is protected by us in accordance with Article 5.2 of the Law “On Personal Data” of the Republic of Azerbaijan and will not, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, institutions, or organizations without the User’s consent, except in cases provided for by law (as stated in Article 13 of the same Law).
Within this Privacy Policy, the User submits their personal data by completing the form on the www.zootrend.az website/mobile application, which includes:
1.1.1. User’s surname, name;
1.1.2. User’s contact phone number;
1.1.3. Email address;
1.1.4. Delivery address.
1.2. Any other personal information (such as purchase history, browsers used, operating systems, etc.) is securely protected and kept confidential.
2.1. The administration of the online store website/mobile application uses the User’s personal data for the following purposes:
2.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the website/mobile application for order acceptance and/or conclusion of a sales agreement;
2.1.2. Providing access to the Website’s/Mobile Application’s resources;
2.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including processing requests and orders;
2.1.4. Notifying the User about the status of their orders;
2.1.5. Ensuring delivery of the ordered products;
2.1.6. Providing effective customer and technical support;
2.1.7. Sending updates, special offers, price information, news, and other materials (with the User’s consent);
2.1.8. Conducting marketing activities (with the User’s consent);
2.1.9. Providing the User with access to the partner websites and services of the online store.
3.1. User’s Obligations:
3.1.1. Provide the personal information necessary for using the website/mobile application;
3.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information when it changes.
3.2. Administration’s Obligations:
3.2.1. Use the obtained data only for the purposes specified in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy;
3.2.2. Maintain confidentiality, not disclose, sell, modify, publish, or distribute User’s personal data without written consent;
3.2.3. Take all necessary measures to ensure the protection of personal data;
3.2.4. Block incorrect or unlawfully obtained personal data during verification or upon the User’s request.
4.1. Processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without time limitation by any lawful means, including both automated and non-automated methods.
4.2. The User agrees that their information may be transferred by the Website Administration to third parties (delivery services, postal organizations, communication operators) to fulfill an authorized order placed on www.zootrend.az.
4.3. User’s personal data may be disclosed to authorized state bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan only in accordance with the applicable legislation.
5.1. The Website/Mobile Application Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
5.2. The new version of the Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is published on the Website/Mobile Application, unless otherwise stated.
5.3. All suggestions or questions regarding this Privacy Policy should be directed to the Website Administration.
