By registering or making a purchase on the website, you are deemed to have entered into the following agreement.
Please read all the terms of this Agreement carefully before registering or making a purchase.
This Buyer Agreement is concluded between the Branch of “Universal-RA” LLC in the Republic of Azerbaijan (Taxpayer Identification Number – 9900001881) (“Seller”), which operates the www.zootrend.az website, and the buyer (“Buyer”), who registers or makes a purchase on the website by accepting the following terms.
The purpose of this Agreement is to regulate the terms and conditions under which the Buyer uses the services provided by the Seller.
Buyer Agreement – All the terms and conditions specified herein related to online purchases.
Buyer – A natural or legal person who orders goods or services listed on the Website by making payment through the Seller’s technical platform and agrees to the terms of this Buyer Agreement.
Seller – A legal entity or individual entrepreneur who sells goods on the Website and determines the conditions of sale and delivery.
Website – The online shopping platform located at www.zootrend.az.
Products – Goods and services displayed on the Website.
Order – An electronic request submitted by the Buyer through the corresponding form on the Website for the purpose of delivering the purchased goods to the address specified by the Buyer.
The subject of this Agreement is the purchase by the Buyer of the products displayed on the Website. These terms apply to all goods and services available for sale on the Website at any given time.
By ordering a product on the Website, the Buyer declares full acceptance of this Buyer Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Delivery Terms, and the Return/Exchange Policy displayed on the Website.
The products sold on the Website, as well as the sales terms, constitute a public offer.
The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of sale without prior notice before the purchase is completed.
A purchase is considered completed once the Buyer has made payment for the product by any method.
The Seller shall not be held responsible if an order cannot be fulfilled due to incorrect information provided by the Buyer.
Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the product in the presence of the courier.
After the product has been accepted, the Buyer bears full responsibility for any damage caused to the product.
All prices for goods displayed on the Website are shown in Azerbaijani manats, inclusive of taxes.
The Seller may unilaterally change product prices at any time.
The Seller may, at their discretion, apply discounts to their products.
Product returns are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Protection of Consumer Rights. If a product is returned for reasons not attributable to the Seller, the costs associated with the return may be deducted from the Buyer.
The Seller shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Buyer resulting from improper use of the product.
The use of personal data arising from the use of the Website shall be regulated by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Personal Data.
Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including its interpretation, performance, termination, or invalidity, shall first be resolved in good faith and through friendly negotiations between the parties. If no agreement is reached within 5 business days, such disputes shall be resolved by the relevant courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
